Dorn Method
The Dorn method offers a realignment of the pelvis and spine through gentle pressure, active movements and precise postural corrections.
How the session unfolds
The Dorn method is a gentle and active manual approach, oriented towards functional imbalances of the spine and joints. It combines light, targeted pressure with simple movements performed by the person, promoting progressive and respectful readjustment of structures.
The work proceeds without abrupt gestures, accompanying the body in its natural capacity for adaptation. Particular attention is paid to basic supports and balances — especially at the pelvis and lower limbs — which directly influence postural organization and movement fluidity.
The Dorn method also integrates a self-correction dimension. Accessible exercises can be transmitted to prolong session effects, support integration of the work done and encourage active participation in treatment continuity.
It is indicated for back or joint pain, stiffness, mobility limitations or imbalances related to posture and daily constraints. In my practice, this work is generally followed by a Breuss massage, to accompany adjustments and durably anchor the release.
