    Last updated: March 20, 2026

At Adam Fencz Manual Therapies, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    Data Collection

We collect your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter. The contact form collects your name, email, phone (optional), and message. This site also uses Google Analytics to anonymously analyze traffic, only with your consent.

    Data Usage

Your email address is used solely to send you our newsletter: practical info, updates, and special offers. Contact form data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry.

    Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics cookies to collect anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, browsing duration, approximate geographic origin). These cookies are only placed after your explicit consent via the banner displayed on your first visit. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser data or declining cookies on your next visit.

    Data Retention

Contact form data is retained for the time necessary to process your request, then deleted. Newsletter subscriber emails are kept until unsubscription. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Testimonials are kept indefinitely unless deletion is requested.

    Third-Party Services

This site uses the following third-party services: Google Analytics (traffic analysis, with consent), Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam protection), Cal.com (bookings), Resend (transactional emails), Lovable/Supabase (hosting). These services may process data outside of Switzerland, in compliance with safeguards provided by the nFADP.

    Security

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including encrypted communications (HTTPS) and server-side form validation.

    Your Rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, Art. 25) and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or limit the processing of your personal data.

    Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable legislation, you may lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC): https://www.edoeb.admin.ch
