About Adam Fencz

Who I am, and how I work

    Adam Fencz - Thérapeute

I'm Adam, a manual therapy practitioner. My journey has been built over the years, guided by deep attention to what the body tells when words are not enough.

Recurring tensions, postural imbalances, but also states of stress or fatigue led me to explore different approaches to care. I trained in several complementary techniques — classic massage, therapeutic massage, Dorn method, Breuss massage, foot reflexology and MEBP® massage — to offer a comprehensive approach.

My practice is based on listening, precision of gesture, feeling, and respect for each person's rhythm. I believe in a conscious touch, guided as much by technique as by what my hands perceive.

    Approach & values

A conscious touch, a space of trust

    A touch that listens

In my approach, I listen to this inner rhythm, sometimes faint, which reveals what needs attention. During the treatment, I take time to listen: to your words, your sensations, and what my touch perceives in silence.

I believe in a conscious touch, guided as much by technique as by what my hands perceive: tensions, micro-movements, silent zones. A touch capable of soothing, releasing, but also recentering.

    Your body tells a story

Pain, posture, fatigue are messages. This path through the body is often a door to a broader well-being. Sessions help decode these signals, restore overall balance, relax what is frozen, restart what flows poorly.

"My work is slow, attentive and hands-on. No rush, no pressure – just space to reconnect."
