Breuss Massage
A gentle and deep massage centered on the spine. It releases tensions along the back and regenerates intervertebral discs using St. John's wort oil, specially formulated for this treatment.
How the session unfolds
Breuss massage is a gentle, slow and deep massage, centered on the spine. It is practiced after the Dorn method or independently, and acts as a time of integration and regulation for the body and nervous system.
This treatment uses St. John's wort oil specifically developed for the Breuss technique, whose application is a fundamental element of the massage. Known for its soothing properties, this oil helps calm the autonomic nervous system and create favorable conditions for deep release. Through its progressive application along the spine, it also contributes to the nutrition of paravertebral tissues, particularly the intervertebral discs, in an energetic and functional approach.
The session is accompanied by magnetization work, integrated into the massage, aimed at promoting energetic integration of the oil's active principle. This time allows the body to more finely assimilate the work done, strengthen the sense of unity and support natural self-regulation processes.
Breuss massage does not aim to correct or manipulate, but to create conditions for lasting release, deep soothing and recentering, realignment. It is particularly indicated during periods of nervous fatigue and stress.
